“I should like to highly commend two of your service staff who recently attended a blocked toilet in my unit at Kangaroo Point.
David Gazelle was the initial response call. He had a difficult job just manoeuvring his vehicle into the underground car park, due to the equipment on his van roof. He had to use a tape measure to ensure clearance along a considerable distance to the available parking bay. He was very patient and polite to me during this cumbersome exercise. He spent some time testing and installing replacement parts. He was thorough and very pleasant to deal with.
Unfortunately, two days later the problem recurred. When I rang, the second call-out came the same day. This was Sam. He discovered that although David had quite rightly filled the cistern to the water mark shown, it apparently was not sufficient to provide a stronger flush.
I explained to Sam that, living alone with a life threatening health condition, I was anxious that the toilet system worked well at all times. Sam took some time, after he’d tested the system, to reassure me of the efficient, professional and ongoing service , saying, Fallon is a big company and can be relied on with its service. He actually shook my hand before leaving. Personal manners in a young man, plus his obvious loyalty to your company, highly impressed me.
Both these young men I would rate as an invaluable asset to your company. Your reputation certainly stood tall from the hands-on service and personal attitude of both of them. Please give them this feed back.

Two points to note: 1. Peter was everything an employer and customer would want, I could not rate him highly in all aspects of his visit. Would be happy to provide further praise on request if there is a better forum. 2. Quote was provided up front and discussed with Peter, and no problem there, I do think the price set by your company was excessive however, I was just so impressed by Peter I wasn’t going to seek another quote, so in a way it goes to show you only get what you pay for. I paid top dollar and I got top service from Peter, so I should not complain. 🙂

I would like to supply some feedback about Chris. Chris came out to my house yesterday 22/06/2015 at around 3:30pm to fix a telephone plug. He called approximately 20 minutes before he arrived and was courteous while in my house. He offered an electrical inspection, which I declined. Although Chris did not have the part he needed to fix the telephone line, he did go and get it and was back in a few minutes – which I was fine with. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. He offered to clean the area and wanted to make sure I was happy with the placing of the phone line box.
Chris’s service was exemplary. I would recomend Fallon to anyone needing a handy man. Chris is fantastic and you can only benefit by having him on your team. Thank you.

Good morning, I just wanted to leave some feedback about your plumber/gas fitter Reece who worked at our property this morning. Without a doubt he has been one of the most courteous and professional tradesmen we’ve ever employed. He was prompt, skilled and efficient, offering us a good price and excellent workmanship. We had a very shonky gas hot water system and Reece has done a great job in installing a much safer system for us. Many thanks for sending Sasha out to attend to our airconditioning needs. Not only was he an efficient technician but he had excellent interpersonal skills and explained all procedures extremely well, handing out informative brochures to assist and educate. Just wanted to pass on my positive feedback regarding the services I have recently received from Fallon Solutions. Steve Hayes was the Plumbing who helped me sort thru some problems with taps
in the bathroom and the kitchen. He also repaired the toilet. He resolved the issues promptly with a quotation provided prior to any repairs commencing. Other trades to attend promptly and professionally have been Air-conditioning ( the tradesman from Fallon was able to quickly solve a problem that another firm had been unable to fix) and handyman Denis Philips did an excellent ceiling repair job. Joel Leslie did a professional Job for the following:
1. Removed existing Rangehood and installed a new one;
2. Supplied and installed a surge proctor in my switch board. He explained the need for this protection for my household appliances;
3. Checked the wired in smoke alarms for a replacement date. To be replaces in 2020; and
4. A general check of the electrical wiring.
I would like to express my satisfaction with Joel’s work and the others who have serviced my needs for Plumbers, Appliances, TV and cabling and electrical.

Good Morning!
I just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased I am to date with the work that Fallon Solutions has been undertaking for us.
To date, Fallon has:
Investigated and repaired a fault on a condensing dryer Replaced pumps on a washing machine
Installed additional power outlets
Converted power outlets from 2 gang to 4 gang Replaced faulty power outlets
Installed 10 down lights, with plugs and switching where needed Installed an exhaust fan, with switching
Installed a surge protector in the fuse box
On most occasions, the electrician has been Greg Brown.
I am rarely impressed with the service provided by trades organisations (we’ve had poor service in the past) within Australia but I have to say that Fallon Solutions has changed my perspective.
The work undertaken, though not the cheapest, has been of the highest quality. The products supplied and installed are exceptional and I anticipate many years of good service from them. With regard to the electricians who have undertaken the work, they have been polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home and possessions whilst undertaking their work. They have always left our home in good order when they have finished.

“Nothing but highest-order praise, across the board, for Fallon Solutions.
My recent and past experiences of Fallon Solutions have been, without exception, extraordinarily delightful and successful. In the last month there have been four occasions on which I’ve used Fallons for a variety of issues in an ageing house that’s not had the benefit of regular maintenance for the last 10 years or so. Most recently, I had a conjunction of five plumbing issues + one appliance issue + 3 air conditioner issues Murphys Law distressingly in evidence.
A phone call to Rena at Fallons resulted in her being able to schedule all three services (plumbing, appliance repair and air conditioning) on the same day. Contact with Rena (both by phone and email) was polite, helpful, efficient and thorough. Her skill and professionalism at juggling appointments so that they fitted with my available times was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.
All three tradesmen phoned to advise they were on their way, arrived when they said they would and completed work in a professional, intelligent, considerate, friendly and efficient manner. I found the practice of listing the jobs to be done after inspection, and then the option to accept or decline each one, a refreshingly transparent and sensible approach.
Steve (plumber) arrived just after 7am (as per the appointment window I’d been given) and provided sterling service and advice not only about the five separate issues I’d flagged when I made the appointment, but also about several other questions I asked in relation to a planned bathroom renovation scheduled for later in the year. He resolved all of the issues that I’d accepted, and provided very practical and easily-understood advice about how I could manage a bathroom leak until the renovation. Steve was professional, friendly and confidence-inspiring. He finished about
9.30 (which included the time it took him to source and collect a part), just as the next scheduled tradesman was arriving.
Chris (washing machine repairer) arrived at around 9.30 (as per the appointment window I’d been given) and I was delighted to see him again, after he’d successfully repaired a dishwasher a couple of weeks earlier. He diagnosed the problem with a leaking (22 year-old but still effective) washing machine. I realised that parts for an appliance of that age were likely to be unavailable, and/or hard to source, and/or very expensive if they could be found, so I was expecting to be told that it would be impossible to repair the machine and that replacing it with a new appliance was the only option.
Thanks to Chris’s knowledge, experience, skill and common-sense approach, that was not the case. He engineered a fix, had the parts with him to do it, and completed the job with no fuss or fanfare. The whole process took him about an hour, and he was friendly, informative and thoughtful throughout (as he had been during the earlier dishwasher repair).
Tyson (air conditioning technician) arrived just after 3pm (as per the appointment widow I’d been given) and proceeded to service two air-conditioners and diagnose and fix a problem with one of them, in a professional, efficient and thorough manner. I’d sent an email to Rena detailing the issues of all the jobs and it was clear that this information had been passed on to the tradesmen assigned the jobs, and that they’d read it, when Tyson said he already had a pretty good idea what the problem with one of the air-conditioners was from my description. (He was right.) He was friendly, thoughtful and gracious the air-conditioners hadn’t been serviced for several years and were very dirty, but he didn’t complain or show displeasure in any way, just dealt with what must have been a reasonably unpleasant job at the end of a very hot day. He was finished around 5pm.
I am very grateful for the expertise and excellent service I’ve experienced from every tradesman and from office staff, and would have no hesitation at all, in recommending Fallons.”

Hello, I just had Blake over to fix my plumbing problem and even tho I gave a feedback that the service was great I wish to add Blake was an extremely nice and friendly person good at his job and I would recommend him to anyone to ask for him to service their requirements. it is few and far between when you find someone that is friendly and willing to give advise and Blake even got me to sign up on the Platinum plan with no selling he was good. I will definitely ask for Blake again when and if I require future plumming services again from Fallon.

I don’t subscribe to any of your feedback sites so will provide you feedback on today’s plumbing service today. After the excellent service provided previously by Blake Rimmington I asked for him again to install a new kitchen mixer tap. I met Blake at the front door while he was putting on his ‘booties’ to protect our floor, cute but appreciated. Blake once again was very courteous, professional and informative. He efficiently installed the mixer tap ensuring that every drip and splash had been cleaned up both inside and out of the kitchen sink cupboard. He also performed a quick check of all toilet cisterns he installed previously.

“This is a thank you note for your excellent service when I recently had some work carried out because of the recent change to digital TV reception.
I called your office and arranged for one of your Service Technicians to attend, check things out and carry out the necessary work, I thought it would be a simple job of changing the TV aerial outlet point. But that was not to be the case, because when your Service Technician Tony arrived and checked it all out, he advised that because the TV aerial on the roof was a ribbon aerial, it would not work with digital.
Alternatives were to (1) replace the TV aerial and re-wire all flats, 0R,(2) install a small aerial with necessary cabling for my flat only, but I would need permission from the owner &/or agent to do so. I said I’d call the property manager, advise the situation and wait for an answer after discussion with the owner.
The property manager returned my call giving me permission to have my own little aerial at my cost. I therefore called Tony and advised same. He asked me to call your office, which I did and passed on the info so that they could arrange an installation date.
This was all carried out about a week later at which time Tony explained the work he’d be doing, carried out the installation, checked everything, made sure all was in working order and, hey presto, I had a TV again so that I could watch my favourite programmes on the regular channels (SBS, ABC and 7).
With excellent Service Technicians like Tony on your staff it’s no wonder you’ve been in business for such a long time.
