However, we don’t just leave good customer service to chance; we undertake regular training to ensure that all our staff are fully aware of the expectations we have.

Recently we put all our trade technicians through a training program called ‘The Perfect Service Call’. This was trained by Joe Cunningham from Success Track Network in Texas, USA. Joe was consultant of the year in the USA in 2011 and has worked with thousands of the most successful trade companies in the USA to enhance their customer service.
