Movember with Team Fallon
This year Fallon Solutions is taking part in Movember as a part of our annual Fallon Cares initiative. Our moustaches, grass heads, team, and donations for MOVEMBER are GROWING!! 
From casual chat in a pub in Melbourne back in 2003 to the international charity initiative it is in 2022, Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health.
Movember & prostate cancer
Around the world, men are dying too young – and largely for preventable reasons. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030.
Movember mental health & suicide prevention, intervention & health promotion
Movember is also taking on mental health and suicide prevention to combat the horrifying statistic that the global average is 1 man dies by suicide every 1 minute. “Movember looks at mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion. We’re working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well, and are supported by those around them.”
Movember & testicular cancer
Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young Australian men. The Movember Foundation is working to increase early detection by educating men on the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of testicular cancer as well as helping to fund research across the world.
Fallon Solutions has made it our mission to work together as ‘Team Fallon’ to raise awareness about men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. By growing moustaches, hosting events, and setting personal fitness goals, the Fallon team join millions of people around the world who are helping men live happier, healthier, and longer lives.
