Matthew, Electrical Technician
G’day! I’m Matt, your electrical service technician from Fallon Solutions.
One reason amongst many why I have been working for Fallon Solutions for almost a decade is that we pride ourselves on looking after the customer’s home – your safe space!
Outside of work, I spend most of my time at home with the family, tackling handyman projects with my young daughters in tow and running around after the pets.
I remember during the early days of my electrical apprenticeship (20+ years ago!) my boss at the time drumming home the importance of courtesy and respect for customers, their space, and their belongings. Happy to say the sentiment has stuck and over the years and I’ve had the opportunity to train apprentices to do the same.
