  Daniel was amazing, he did call and since my phone was on silent insisted and came knock on the door to let me know he was there,  and he did it with a smile. He then promptly repaired the washing machine and checked the dryer (which was not on he job sheet). As it could not be repaired on the spot he booked upcoming job with Fallon.   Mitch was very polite, clean and punctual and did a fantastic job.
I would have liked to know the price increase before he arrived, but saw the fans were so much better than the other, so it turned out better.

On arrival, our technician will undertake a comprehensive inspection of your split system unit, including checking for refrigerant leaks, inspecting the outdoor unit for vermin infestations, and identifying if faults exist. You’ll receive a detailed condition report before we commence the filter clean, giving you the option to consider additional deep cleaning services or repairs if needed.

$99* Aircon Filter Clean Checklist
1. Comprehensive inspection of the unit
2. Visual check for refrigerant leaks
3. Visual inspection for vermin infestations in the outdoor coil in the unit
4. Visual inspection of the AC drain to determine it is blockage free
4. Visual inspection of the indoor unit to determine if cleaning or decontamination is necessary
5. Measurement of supply and ambient temperatures to ensure the unit is running efficiently
5. Detailed condition report provided to the customer
6. Filter removal and thorough cleaning with an organic sanitiser
7. Reinstallation of cleaned filters
8. Ensuring the unit is working efficiently
