On arrival, our technician will undertake a comprehensive inspection of your split system unit, including checking for refrigerant leaks, inspecting the outdoor unit for vermin infestations, and identifying if faults exist. You’ll receive a detailed condition report before we commence the filter clean, giving you the option to consider additional deep cleaning services or repairs if needed.
$99* Aircon Filter Clean Checklist
1. Comprehensive inspection of the unit
2. Visual check for refrigerant leaks
3. Visual inspection for vermin infestations in the outdoor coil in the unit
4. Visual inspection of the AC drain to determine it is blockage free
4. Visual inspection of the indoor unit to determine if cleaning or decontamination is necessary
5. Measurement of supply and ambient temperatures to ensure the unit is running efficiently
5. Detailed condition report provided to the customer
6. Filter removal and thorough cleaning with an organic sanitiser
7. Reinstallation of cleaned filters
8. Ensuring the unit is working efficiently
