  Chris Radcliffe from Fallon Sollutions, this morning was so excellent at his job.  He was very knowledgeable about every detail that caused my washing machine to flood and malfunction.

He went the extra mile and pumped all the dirty water out as well, while making me feel listened to, important and valued.

He was super friendly too.

  Many thanks to the Fallon team for electrical work carried out on our premises. Jarryd for providing a detailed quote and the team headed by Dylan and  Kyle on day one and Dylan assisted by two  other electricians on day 2. He was quick and efficient and explained everything every step of the way to help get my power back on. One of the BEST! tradies I've had come out by far. He's colleague Simone.
