We believe in “earning the right to do business.” That’s why, as part of our service today, we complete a complimentary safety audit to identify anything that might shorten your equipment’s life, cause safety issues, or spike your utility bills.

We Check Your “Sacred 6”

Every standard service call includes a complementary assessment applicable to the trade you have had done today. i.e. electrical safety assessment if you have called an electrician. Then they will go on to look at we call the “Sacred 6″ – the critical areas of your home that, if neglected, cause the most frequent (and expensive) emergencies.

1. Flexible Hoses: We check for rust, fraying, or bulging in the hoses under your sinks and toilets – the #1 cause of indoor flooding.
2. Hot Water Systems: A visual check for leaks and valve health to protect your manufacturer’s warranty and prevent cold showers.
3. Air Conditioning: We check vents for mould growth, protecting your family’s respiratory health.
4. Switchboards: We ensure you have modern RCD protection and check for dangerous ceramic fuses or flammable backing boards.
5. Smoke Alarms: We verify your home meets 2027 QLD legislation, checking for interconnected alarms and expiry dates.
6. Energy Efficiency: We look for ways to lower your power bills, including a high-level review of your energy usage and solar potential.
