• This guarantee is applicable if a technician fails to attend your booking within the allotted timeframe.
• Please note that the offer does not apply if the booking is rescheduled.

• Offer is valid during normal business hours, and the homeowner must be present.
• For the on-time offer, if the technician arrives after the appointment window due to our delay, you are entitled to $5 per minute off, up to a maximum of $100 off.
