  I recently had an Jarrad Pearson (Electrician) install some new power points at my place, one through splash back and one for a dishwasher - and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Communication was quick and polite. They were punctual from start to finish, and the workmanship was neat and took care to match everything up. Everything looks clean, tidy, and exactly how I wanted it. There was a tricky part of the job going through brick that needed a bit of creativity, but they made it work and still kept the final result looking neat. Really appreciated the effort and care they put in. Would happily recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done, thanks Jarrad !

  Brynn, I appreciated your customer service skills, sociability and diligence which allowed you to make a sustained effort to get a full understanding of our old air-conditioning system and installation, in order for Falloon to quote for its replacement. Although Falloon missed out on the contract (because of the price) thanks to you I have no wish to move away from using Falloon for future maintenance jobs.

  The service call and technician were excellent.  However the quote for the proposed work was emailed to me a week after the service call.  As this was a dishwasher issue we decided to purchase and install a new dishwasher as soon as possible.   I was told the quote was to be in email the afternoon of the service visit.

  Eoin and Matthew from Fallon serviced our moldy AC units and gave us a solar battery installation quote, respectively. Both provided excellent service. Our AC units were addressed right away by Eoin, who was very professional and took care to ensure what could have been a pretty messy job wasn't.

Matthew was great and explained our solar options, the respective costs and rebates really well. He sat down with our bills and actually explained some things before designing the system. Once again, we appreciate the great service.
