Algester Air Conditioning

Come Home to a Cool House with AC Experts in Algester, Brisbane

You open the front door after a long day at work and the hallway hits you like a sauna, with the thermostat reading 34 degrees inside. For Algester families, coming home to a house that has baked all afternoon is a familiar summer problem, especially when the air con then takes hours to bring it back to a liveable temperature.

Algester was largely developed through the 1980s and 1990s, and most homes are low-set or two-storey brick and tile houses on suburban blocks. Many still have their original cooling, or a patchwork of wall units added over the years. Dark tiled roofs soak up heat all day and radiate it into ceiling spaces, while plenty of homes have limited cavity room for ducting, which pushes owners towards high-wall split systems or multi-head setups. Systems that switch on only when you arrive home have to fight a full day’s heat build-up, which is where a properly sized inverter unit with a scheduled start makes a big difference.

Fallon Solutions helps Algester households come home to a comfortable house. Our split system and ducted air con team sizes systems for the heat load, recommends units with timers or app control and installs them where they cool the rooms you use most. We’ll also look at whether roof insulation or shading would help the system do its job.

Why Choose Fallon Solutions as Your Algester Air Conditioning Tradie?

After a long day, nobody wants to wait around for a technician. Same-day service can be arranged when a system breaks down, and we give you a realistic arrival window and keep you posted. Our ARC-licensed technicians work on Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and other common brands, and our vans carry parts for many everyday faults, so repairs are often completed on the first visit.

We know the typical Algester home well, from hot tiled roof spaces to tight ceiling cavities and older wall units that are past their prime. That experience helps us give accurate, fixed quotes and practical advice on where to start if you’re upgrading in stages. Labour on residential jobs comes with our Limited Lifetime Labour Warranty, so if something we installed or repaired gives trouble years down the track, you call us and we come back to sort it. If you’re weighing up a ducted system against a few split systems, we’ll explain the trade-offs for your floor plan. We also take care inside your home, protecting floors and cleaning up properly. To talk through your options with our Brisbane air con technicians, call 1300 054 488 or send through an enquiry and we’ll arrange a time that works around your day.
