Brodie (aircon tech), performed brilliantly! He explained everything that was required perfectly & nothing was left out. At the conclusion of the Gold Service he further explained everything he covered & the general condition of the ducted air components. Overall, an extremely courteous & capable technician. Fallons conducted a plumbing check and installation of whole of house water filter. Ethan, the tradesman/technician who conducted the work, showed himself to be a professional of the very highest order in every respect; work was outstanding and to the highest quality and his advice excellent Mepz came and conducted the necessary repairs on 1 Sep. Back in 2018, when our house was a decade old and things were starting to break, I decided to get some tradies on my phone list and myself on their books. I had a leaking kitchen tap that needed replacing and I decided to go with some local plumbers, not just for the work but to start forming client-supplier relations. I tried three plumbers and got nothing but frustration: Job too small, not answering the phone, not calling back as promised, etc, etc. I was getting irritated which irritated my wife so she rang  Fallon Solutions behind my back. We haven't looked back since. Most of our trade work is now done by Fallon Solutions. Are they a bit pricey? Probably. But I don't care. I'm happy to pay the premium because the phone gets answered, the tradies turn up when promised, they do great work, I've never had a fault with any of the work, I've never had to call them back for rectification, they are friendly, courteous and they clean up after themselves and take their shoes off inside the house. I got the switchboard upgraded in 2018 and every electrician that has looked at it since has commented on how good the work is. Right now a tech is replacing our air conditioning pipe insulation. I'm just wondering what my next Fallon Solutions project will be. Probably replacing the weathered laundry door. Update 31 August 2026: Part A: Had Jeff come over to provide some electrical quotes this morning. As per usual, friendly, courteous, knowledgable, professional. He provided some reasonable quotes which were all accepted, with the work to be done on Friday. But the stand-out points were Jeff helping me out with two minor things FOR FREE. One was a dodgy light socket - socket turned out fine and just needed a new globe. And the second one was moving my TV which required fiddling with the power cord. Both done, as noted, for free, and cheerfully. Thanks, Jeff. Part B: Abraham came out this morning and repaired some worn decking. As with Jeff, friendly, courteous, knowledgable, professional. A pleasure to have on-site. Thanks, Abraham, for doing a great job. For Fallon Solutions to consider - maybe add painting/ oiling to the trades selection, that way brand new carpentry can be protected after installation. Part C: Had Ethan come out to discuss how best to feed the washing machine with clean water. I had one idea. Ethan had a better idea that will use the rainwater we've got stored. So, I'm looking forward to the better solution being installed on Friday. Updated 4 September 2026: Jeff, Rua and Max did a great job today of installing more power outlets including some tricky ones in and outside the house.
