  Daniel was amazing, he did call and since my phone was on silent insisted and came knock on the door to let me know he was there,  and he did it with a smile. He then promptly repaired the washing machine and checked the dryer (which was not on he job sheet). As it could not be repaired on the spot he booked upcoming job with Fallon. I would have liked to know the price increase before he arrived, but saw the fans were so much better than the other, so it turned out better.
