Alexandra Hills Plumber

Hillside Plumbing for 80s Family Homes in Alexandra Hills, Redlands

The hot water system in the garage has been rumbling for months, there's a small puddle forming under the relief valve, and this morning the shower took forever to warm up. In a lot of Alexandra Hills homes, the original storage tank fitted when the house was built is still hanging on, and it's running on borrowed time.

Alexandra Hills was largely developed through the late 1970s and 1980s, so the suburb is full of brick-and-tile family homes on sloping blocks with plenty of original plumbing. That means ageing hot water units, early flexi hoses under vanities and sinks, and copper pipe joints that have expanded and contracted for forty years. The hilly terrain sends stormwater racing down driveways and side paths in a storm, and the reactive clay common across the Redlands shifts enough to crack older sewer junctions and stormwater connections over time.

Fallon Solutions has plumbers who know these homes inside out. We replace worn-out hot water systems, swap tired flexi hoses, clear blocked drains and sort stormwater that's running the wrong way on a slope. Why Choose Fallon Solutions as Your Alexandra Hills Plumbing Tradie?

Our Alexandra Hills plumbers keep things straightforward. We arrive in the window we gave you, take a proper look at the problem and explain what we've found in everyday language. You'll see the fixed price before work starts, and there's no pressure to go with anything you're not comfortable with. Hot water replacements and most repairs can be done same-day, and we take the old unit away, clean up the garage or laundry and leave everything working before we go. We'll also flag any other ageing fittings we notice, so there are no surprises down the track.

Every job is handled by licensed plumbers and gas fitters with the diagnostic gear to find faults quickly, including drain cameras, high-pressure jetters and leak detection tools. We know how 1980s Redlands homes were plumbed and where problems tend to show up first. If something needs urgent attention, our emergency plumber service is there for burst pipes and gas leaks, day or night.
