  My hot water system broke down, and after being overcharged and overquoted by another company, I reached out to Fallon. They showed up on time (same day), quoted me a great price, and the three different guys (Jarrad, Navin, and Keanu) who came to complete the job were all friendly, helpful, and incredibly polite.   We asked for Chris at Fallon Solutions when we moved house. We recalled he came to our old house some years ago and made our TVs, netflix and Foxtel work. He was great again today in the new house, fixing our TV aerial and four TVs now in working order. His knowledge and experience was apparent. This time Rua helped him.
