Lifetime Labour Warranty

Enjoy peace of mind with Fallon Solutions’ limited lifetime labour warranty on all domestic service works. If any work performed doesn’t meet Australian Standards, we’ll redo it for free. This warranty covers the labour component of the job.

Parts Warranty

Most parts materials come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 12 months. Please note that tap washers/gaskets and seals are excluded. Manufacturer’s warranties on hot water services can extend up to 12 years.

Water Jet Drain Cleaning Solutions & Drain Renewal Solutions

In case your drain blocks again after being cleared by Fallon Solutions, we offer the following warranties:

A – No Charge Warranty

  1. Your drain must have been inspected by a qualified technician using a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Drain Camera.
  2. The blockage must recur in the same section of the drain cleared by Fallon Solutions within 90 days of the initial visit. We’ll provide up to 30 minutes of labour at no charge.

B – Conditional Warranty – Lifetime

  1. If Fallon Solutions has attended your blocked drain (after the 90-day period), we’ll return and attempt to clear it for just $99, including GST, and up to 30 minutes of labour. The blockage must be in the same section previously cleared by us.
  2.  Any additional services required on site will receive a 15% discount.

Trenchless Rehabilitation Solutions

All trenchless pipe rehabilitation is covered by a full 10-year warranty, subject to a CCTV inspection at no extra charge. If the section of pipe rehabilitated by Fallon Solutions is found to be faulty, we’ll rectify all repairs at no cost to you.

Chemical Drain Cleaning Solutions

RootX is covered by a 6-month warranty pending a CCTV inspection at no extra charge. All necessary CCTV and drain cleaning within a 6-month period will be carried out at no additional cost.

Hot Water Heater Solutions

For hot water services installed by Fallon Solutions, we offer a lifetime labour warranty. We’ll replace your hot water service at no cost while you reside in the same residence where the replacement was carried out. To validate the warranty, you must be a Home Protection Plan member, all maintenance work on the hot water service must have been done by Fallon Solutions, and you must undergo an annual check-up on your hot water service.
