We light up Eagle Farm
In the past 3.5 months, our Australian Sports Lighting Solutions team has been working on a great lighting project for the Eagle Farm Race Course, one of Australia’s most recognised racecourses.
This project involved the supply and installation of 22 LED light fixtures for the training track and required months of designing and planning with all parties.
The LEDs are fitted on 16 light poles that are 25m high – overlooking the racecourse and lighting up the track for the morning training.
The Eagle Farm Race Course lighting project was a completely new design and installation project for Australian Sports Lighting Solutions. The lighting design criteria was challenging, as almost no spill lighting should be provided to the outside resident boundaries, but careful planning ensured that this requirement was met.
14 weeks later the lighting was all set up and Australian Sports Lighting Solutions has delivered on time and on budget a fantastic facility for the Brisbane Racing Club. This was achieved and made possible with the close workings of Raylinc Lighting and ASLS using the most state-of-the-art LED light fixtures.
