Everyone is getting used to a new kind of normality. We practise social distancing and stay at home as much as we can to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

We at Fallon Solutions have also adjusted to a new kind of normality with our No Touch Tradie Visits and most office staff working from home.

Have a look at what’s going on behind the scenes at Fallon Solutions.

One of our Customer Service Representatives, Caitlin, is working from her home office with her dog Theo by her side, ready to take your call.


This is our Senior Accountant Ayani who is working from home with her pet Lupo.

Aaron is o ur Service Co-Ordinator and he has also set up a home office that he shares with his doggo Amber.


So while the circumstances are a bit different and the office is mostly empty, our level of service hasn’t changed.

Our office staff are ready to take your call and schedule a time for one of our technicians to come out to your home. Our tradespeople are on the road and ready to fix any Electrical, air conditioning or plumbing issues you may have, so you can be safe and comfortable in your home.

And some of the Fallon doggos are also getting familiar with our systems and tools.

But not all of them seem to fully understand what’s going on and might need some extra training from the experts.


Our experienced tradies know how it’s done, so if you need to get your hot water system looked at, if you have a leaking tap, a blocked toilet, need a switchboard upgrade or more power points, if you’re interested in having your air conditioner serviced, or your washing machine isn’t working etc., then give us a call, we are ready to help!

A Fallon tradesperson will talk you through the details of the job and proceed once you’re satisfied and comfortable with the quote. While the technician is completing the job, you can continue working (if you’re working from home), which will save you time and stress. And our home protection plan members get a 15% discount. Pensioners and healthcare workers receive a 10% discount .
