Why does that matter?

As your air conditioner removes moisture from the air, that water has to drain somewhere. Build-up in the drainage system can restrict water flow and contribute to unwanted leaks.

Silver takes the preventative maintenance one step further.

🥇 Gold — Adds Ongoing Mould Prevention

Gold includes the Silver service plus an additional air-sanitiser gel designed to provide ongoing treatment against mould and bacteria growth.

What’s the difference between an A/C service and an A/C clean?
A service focuses primarily on mechanical performance and operation. A clean focuses on removing contamination and build-up. Fallon’s packages combine both.

Why does my A/C have a drain?
Air conditioners remove moisture from indoor air during cooling. That moisture condenses and needs to flow safely away through the condensate-drainage system.
